    It's a start, but it's definitely not 'enough' on its own.

      No, because a static leaflet can't be updated if the rules change for a certain type of packaging.

                  No. Many people, especially renters or those in shared accommodation, might never even see the leaflet.

                    I think video guides would be far more effective for showing what to do.
