Most public bodies operate a number of social media channels. There is already a plethora of debating going on as people comment on issues being shared on Social Media.

Is there a need for yet another platform?

Is there a way to use Debates in CONSUL which enhances participation and elevates the quality of debate beyond that found in other online spaces?

Are there use cases for CONSUL which can make meaningful use of debates without descending into petty, uninformed name calling?
